Textile Design, Creative Collaboration & Illustration

I was delighted to collaborate with Australian fashion label State of Georgia on a creative project that brought together textile design, colour exploration, and visual storytelling.

For this collaboration, I developed a series of original textile designs that were translated into wearable fashion pieces, creating bold prints that celebrate shape & colour. 

From Artwork to Wearable Design

One of the most rewarding aspects of this project was seeing the designs move beyond the studio and into the world of fashion. The textiles were developed specifically for State of Georgia's distinctive aesthetic, resulting in pieces that are vibrant, playful, and full of energy.

The final collection showcases a fusion of saturated colour, expressive line work, and painterly detail, transforming artwork into garments designed to be worn, experienced, and enjoyed.

Extending the Visual Language

Alongside the textile designs, I was invited to create a series of guest Instagram graphics & illustrations for the brand.

These digital assets expanded the visual language of the collaboration across social media, helping to tell the story behind the collection while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across both physical and digital platforms.

Working across textiles and digital illustration offered an opportunity to explore how contemporary brands can build immersive visual experiences that connect audiences with the creative process behind a collection.

Creative Collaboration

Collaborations like this are particularly exciting because they bring together different creative disciplines. Fashion becomes a canvas for artwork, while digital platforms provide new ways for audiences to engage with design.

As an artist & designer I can offer work that is existing or create something unique to a particular design brief including colour palettes and mood boards.
